Are your cleaners trained?

Yes, your cleaner will be an expert at efficiently cleaning all elements of your home with care and an eye for detail.

What products do you use?

We use high quality cleaning agents that get the job done and leave your home smelling fresh! Some people don’t care, “I just want it clean”. other people like details so if a rundown of the products we will use in your home is what you need, we’re happy to oblige.

How many cleaners will you send?

For regular cleans we usually send a single cleaner who will be assigned to your job, though we do have teams of two for larger homes and can organise a team of three, four or five for bigger jobs like exit/entry cleans and spring cleans.

Do I need to be home when my house is cleaned?

In short, no. But if you are there it’s all good, after all it’s your home!

Security of your home is of the upmost priority to us. That is why we have protocols that we all work to regarding House Keys (if that is the case), locking of doors, alarms and codes, pets and any other security issue relevant.

Do I need to do anything before a clean?

A bit of a tidy up is good but one thing not to do is clean before the cleaner comes! Some people have even told us they feel a bit guilty having their home cleaned! Having your home professionally cleaned is about giving yourself time to focus on other things, when life is busy and there’s never enough time, having your home cleaned should provide stress relief, you know that job is getting done, and done well.
